3D Printing
Additive manufacturing, with tools like 3D pens and 3D printers, paves the way for the future of sustainable design and production. Introducing this technology in youth centers and schools empowers young people to explore their creativity while mastering cutting-edge manufacturing processes. By transforming digital concepts into tangible objects, they learn the fundamentals of design, engineering, and problem-solving. The ability to quickly prototype ideas fosters innovation and sharpens critical thinking, making learning both engaging and practical. At Exploring Senses, we offer two 3D printer facilities - one at our MakerLab in BACA School and the other at East Brighton Trust Westergate Business Park - where young people can use 3D modeling apps to create and print their designs, preparing them for future careers in tech and manufacturing.
